Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta, has recently been seen displaying his physical prowess during intensive training sessions. And the public’s interest has been piqued by rumors that Elon Musk, the founder of SpaceX, and Mark Zuckerberg may engage in a cage match, with the help of a recent, widely shared photo.

The two-time UFC Middleweight Champion Israel Adesanya’s Instagram post features Zuckerberg with Adesanya and Featherweight Champion Alex Volkanovski. According to the geotag on the post, the photo was shot during a workout at a gym near Lake Tahoe, Nevada, in the United States.

The caption that came with the photo read, “No Fugazi with Mark. This is Serious Business”.

Zuckerberg responded to the post by expressing his appreciation and excitement for the chance to practice with the UFC champions. He wrote, “It’s an honour to train with you guys!”

In addition to practicing in jiu-jitsu, Zuckerberg has participated in tournaments and received awards. On May 7, he uploaded a number of photos from a jiu-jitsu match to Instagram.  “Competed in my first jiu jitsu tournament and won some medals for the Guerrilla Jiu Jitsu team. Competed in my first jiu jitsu tournament and won some medals for the Guerrilla Jiu Jitsu team,” the caption read.

Musk tweeted that he would be “up for” such a contest if the CEO of Meta would accept the offer, which sparked interest in the cage fight. In response, Zuckerberg requested that Musk reveal the fight’s location, which seemed to indicate that he was okay with it.

Elon Musk, on the other hand, was seen working out with former UFC great George St-Pierre.

“I am a huge fan of yours and it would be an absolute honour to help you and be your training partner for the challenge against Zuckerberg.” St-Pierre stated in a tweet on July 3.

Musk answered, “Ok, let’s do it.”

Lex Fridman, a Russian-American researcher and podcaster, also posted a photo of the training session with St Pierre and Musk. “Had a great training session with Elon Musk, Georges St-Pierre, and John Danaher last night. Everything about this was epic!”  he wrote, sharing an image.

To this, Musk said, “Really fun! The obvious conclusion is that I need a lot more training.”

If a fight does place, no information has been released on when or where it will take place.

Musk’s Twitter has threatened to sue Meta’s brand-new Threads program, the microblogging site’s potential rival. According to media sources, a letter accusing Meta of stealing trade secrets by hiring former Twitter employees has been addressed to Zuckerberg in this connection.
