The 5th PPP MENA Forum returns to Dubai on 10–11 Sept 2025, driving regional growth through strategic public-private partnerships.
Dubai: The PPP MENA Forum returns for its highly anticipated fifth edition, taking place on 10–11 September 2025 at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Dubai. Positioned as the leading platform for shaping public-private collaboration across the Middle East and North Africa, the forum comes at a pivotal moment in the region’s development trajectory.
Organised by Great Minds Event Management, the event will bring together over 400 key stakeholders from government, finance, infrastructure, and industry. With participation from more than 150 government representatives and 40 global thought leaders, the forum is set to ignite critical conversations on investment, procurement reform, and strategic development in the PPP space.
Under the theme “Driving progress from MENA to the World,” the 2025 edition focuses on sectors central to sustainable growth—renewable energy, digital infrastructure, logistics, smart cities, healthcare, water, and education. High-level panels and case study-led sessions will delve into emerging policies, municipal PPP models, and global best practices.
“The 5th edition of the PPP MENA Forum is more than just a conference—it’s a catalyst for transformation,” said Leila Masinaei, Managing Partner at Great Minds. “This platform enables high-impact engagement between public entities and private partners who are committed to driving real-world progress.”
Forum Chairman Nasser Massoud added, “The region is seeing unprecedented momentum, with billions of dollars in PPP projects in the pipeline. As procurement frameworks evolve, the forum offers the opportunity to align on new delivery models that are both affordable and resilient.”
A special focus will be placed on women in infrastructure, cross-border collaboration, and digital PPP innovations. Sector-specific panels will highlight developments in transportation, utilities, and social infrastructure, while expert discussions will examine regional investment trends and procurement dynamics.
Supported by partners such as INFRA, TRIBE, Plenary, and Affinitext, the forum reinforces the essential role of PPPs in driving economic and social impact. It aims to turn shared vision into actionable partnerships that support long-term infrastructure goals across MENA.
The PPP MENA Forum has grown into a trusted regional hub for knowledge exchange, paving the way for future-ready, impactful projects and stronger public-private synergy.
