Fairmont Residences Solara Tower will implement cutting-edge smart energy management systems, water-efficient fixtures and many other sustainable features to reduce utility bills and carbon footprint.

Dubai: SOL Properties, a well-known UAE developer, has officially started building the new Fairmont Residences Solara Tower in Dubai. This high-end residential project will set a new standard for luxury living in the city while using green building principles and energy-efficient technologies to align with the UAE’s Green Agenda 2030.

The Fairmont Residences Solara Tower is not just about luxurious living; it’s designed to offer homeowners a hotel-like experience. Residents will have access to amazing services, including a private swimming pool, a fully equipped fitness centre, and a relaxing spa. The project is managed by Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, part of the Accor group, ensuring that every detail meets the highest standards of hospitality. This will make the tower a standout landmark in Dubai’s skyline.

Sustainability is a key focus of this development. The tower will be built using sustainable materials like post-tension slabs, which cut down on material costs while improving strength. Additionally, prefabricated steel components will speed up construction and reduce waste, contributing to a more eco-friendly building process.

Innovative features like self-shading balconies will help residents save on electricity bills by reducing the need for air conditioning and lighting. The project will also use Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to improve overall design and construction efficiency.

According to Ajay Bhatia, CEO of SOL Properties, the demand for sustainable luxury homes in the UAE is growing. Homebuyers want residences that balance luxury, comfort, and environmental responsibility. The Fairmont Residences Solara Tower is set to be completed by Q4 2027, offering an eco-conscious lifestyle with smart energy systems, green spaces, and breathtaking views of Dubai.
