Rentify BELONG introduces a UAE-first rental rewards programme, allowing tenants to earn lifestyle benefits and experiences through rent payments.
UAE: Rentify has launched Rentify BELONG, a new rental rewards programme designed to give UAE tenants more value from one of their largest monthly expenses. The fintech and proptech company says the initiative is the first of its kind in the country, combining lifestyle rewards with a stronger sense of connection and recognition for residents who call the UAE home.
The programme allows tenants to earn BELONG Coins automatically whenever they make on-time rent payments through the Rentify platform. These coins can then be redeemed within the app for a range of curated experiences covering dining, wellness, luxury activities, creative workshops and exclusive city experiences.
According to Rentify, more than 50,000 tenants across the UAE are already connected to its platform. The company says the new rewards model was created to make renting more engaging while offering tangible benefits without requiring users to alter their spending habits or navigate complex loyalty tiers.
Co-Founder and CEO Rashed Hareb said the company believes renting should feel as rewarding as ownership. Co-Founder and COO Rajneel Kumar added that residents should receive ongoing value from rent payments, making everyday living more rewarding and meaningful.
With Rentify BELONG, tenants can access experiences such as luxury driving sessions, wellness treatments, speciality dining events, artisan workshops and creative activities. New experiences are expected to be added regularly to keep the rewards catalogue fresh and relevant.
The programme also includes an in-app rewards calculator that helps users estimate potential earnings based on their rental payments. Rentify says this feature improves transparency by showing tenants exactly how rewards accumulate and can be redeemed over time.
Alongside the launch, the company unveiled its new brand campaign, “MORE with Rentify”, featuring real residents sharing stories of building lives, careers and families in the UAE. Through Rentify BELONG, the company aims to redefine tenant engagement by transforming rent payments into opportunities for recognition, experiences and a stronger feeling of belonging.
