DUBAI: Gllit, the UAE-based proptech disruptor, has unveiled a suite of AI-powered features designed to simplify and elevate property transactions for homeowners and landlords. With the launch of Expertise-as-a-Service and Go-Direct Benefit, Gllit aims to transform how real estate is bought, sold, and rented — offering smarter, more transparent solutions for direct-to-owner listings.
The standout new features — Gllit TextPro AI and Gllit ImagePro AI — empower users to generate professional-quality property descriptions and images, eliminating the complexity often faced by individual sellers. These tools are part of the new Expertise-as-a-Service for Marketing suite and are available across Gllit’s web, iOS, and Android platforms.
