Dubai: The Executive Council of Dubai, approved the ‘Dubai Quality of Life Strategy 2033’, a plan focused on ensuring everyone’s well-being in Dubai. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed emphasized Dubai’s commitment to people’s well-being, mentioning over 200 projects covering various aspects like culture, environment, and mobility. The strategy includes making neighborhoods better, building parks, and improving facilities for a healthier lifestyle. It involves partnerships between the government and private sectors and targets different community groups. The plan aligns with Dubai’s vision for a sustainable future.

HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum reviewed the plan’s highlights, which include innovative initiatives aligned with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan. These initiatives aim to improve urban development sustainably and establish Dubai as a top city for well-being. Sheikh Hamdan reviewed plans for model neighborhoods and the development of parks across the emirate.

The Dubai Quality of Life Strategy covers ten pillars including culture, environment, and health, targeting individuals, society, and the city. Over 19 entities in Dubai collaborated to develop this plan, which also involves the private sector to accelerate its implementation.

The strategy aims to provide a unique well-being experience, focusing on individual, community, and city levels. It promotes cultural diversity and offers diverse entertainment options. The plan includes enhancing beachfront areas and developing outlying areas for residents and tourists.
