Hamdan bin Mohammed presents Hamdan Flag to Dubai Police for innovation
Thu 03 Oct 2024DUBAI: His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, Crown Prince of Dubai, highlighted that Dubai is leading the way in future government services as he presented the Hamdan Flag to Dubai Police and reviewed the results from the first phase of the Services 360 Policy.
Under the vision of Mohammed bin Rashid, Dubai is making big strides in government services and innovation. The “Services 360 Policy” encourages government bodies to create services that are proactive, integrated, personalised, and seamless. Everyone in Dubai is involved in shaping the future of these services, strengthening the city’s global leadership.

Impact of Phase One of Services 360 Policy:
- AED647 million saved for customers.
- 98% reduction in waiting times for services.
- 91% of customers trust the government’s improvement efforts.
- 74% fewer visits needed to access services.
He praised the government teams for building customer trust and transforming services to meet residents’ changing needs. “We’re driving major changes in Dubai’s government services through innovation and teamwork,” he said.

During the event, the Dubai Municipality’s “Build in Dubai” initiative received recognition for excellent service integration. Other entities like the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority and Roads and Transport Authority were also acknowledged for their contributions.
Sheikh Hamdan congratulated Dubai Police for winning the Hamdan Flag and noted the significant improvements made. The completion of Phase One is a key milestone, with 418 services enhanced, leading to shorter waiting times and substantial savings for customers.
