DUBAI: Dubai Municipality has successfully completed a series of innovative sports fields across various public parks and recreational areas. These fields were developed in collaboration with top companies like PepsiCo, Red Bull, Deliveroo, Puma, and Intercontinental Tyres, reflecting the city’s vision to create sustainable, engaging, and diverse urban spaces.

Located in prominent areas such as Mankhool Park, Uptown Mirdif Park, Hor Al Anz, Al Satwa, Al Barsha Lake, Al Jafilia Square, and Al Warqa Park, the sports fields combine modern art with high-quality sports infrastructure. These spaces promote physical activity, artistic expression, and community interaction, acting as both recreational facilities and cultural landmarks.

Each sports field features a contemporary design, incorporating hand-painted artwork from both local and international artists. These designs not only showcase the vibrancy of Dubai’s culture but also highlight the collaboration of brands supporting community-driven sports projects. The basketball courts, for instance, boast dynamic graphics that emphasise athletic movement, while the volleyball court in Al Mankhool Park stands out with its eco-friendly construction using recycled tyres.

These sports fields are more than just places to play—they are spaces that encourage environmental consciousness, creativity, and physical well-being. Dubai Municipality continues to invest in beautification projects that enhance public parks and recreational facilities, positioning Dubai as a global hub that blends sports, art, and sustainability.

By integrating top-tier sports infrastructure with artistic elements, Dubai is redefining urban spaces. This initiative caters to the diverse needs of residents and visitors, further solidifying Dubai’s reputation as a world-class, sustainable city that prioritises quality of life.
