ABU DHABI: 42 Abu Dhabi, a pioneering coding academy in the UAE capital, has announced applications for its intense 25-day boot camp, Piscine, starting February 3.
This immersive programme challenges participants’ coding skills, perseverance, and problem-solving abilities. Successful candidates will join Generation 42 Abu Dhabi, playing a vital role in driving Abu Dhabi’s digital transformation.
Applicants must complete the academy’s pre-selection online “Game,” assessing logic and memory skills, followed by an in-person Check-in discovery session. Passing the Piscine guarantees admission into 42 Abu Dhabi’s transformative coding programme.
Dr. Ahmed Al Shoaibi, Acting CEO of 42 Abu Dhabi, said, “We empower the next generation of innovators with advanced coding and AI skills essential for Abu Dhabi’s digital economy. Through our strategic partnerships, students gain hands-on experience, creating pathways to employment and shaping Abu Dhabi as a global technology hub.”
Students also benefit from collaborations with key industry players, including Abu Dhabi Police, ADNOC, Hub71, and TotalEnergies. These partnerships provide direct job opportunities and invaluable project experience.
Upon completing the programme, students earn a Diploma in Software Development, accredited by the National Qualification Centre (NQC) in the UAE. To graduate, they must complete the Common Core curriculum, four advanced modules, and a six-month internship.
Since its inception, 42 Abu Dhabi has enrolled over 900 students, including more than 230 Emiratis, supporting the UAE’s vision for a diverse, inclusive, and future-ready workforce.
