The collective emphasized the urgency of ceasing aggression, alleviating the humanitarian crisis, facilitating the return of displaced persons, and ensuring the complete withdrawal of Israeli forces from Gaza. A comprehensive reconstruction plan within a two-state framework, based on UN resolutions, was underscored.
