Aster’s global nursing award 2025 selects top 10 finalists from 100,000+ entries across 199 countries for USD 250,000 prize.
Dubai: Aster DM Healthcare has announced the Top 10 finalists for the fourth edition of its prestigious global nursing award 2025, selected from over 100,000 entries spanning 199 countries. This marks a 28% increase in global participation compared to the previous year, highlighting the growing recognition of the award in honouring exceptional nursing contributions.
The award, carrying a grand prize of USD 250,000, recognises frontline nurses who demonstrate outstanding compassion, skill, and impact within their communities. The rigorous selection process was overseen by expert and grand jury panels, with independent moderation by Ernst & Young LLP.
The 2025 global nursing award finalists include nurses from diverse geographies and healthcare sectors: Catherine Maree Holliday (Switzerland), Edith Namba (Papua New Guinea), Fitz Gerald Dalina Camacho (UAE), Dr. Jed Ray Gengoba Montayre (Hong Kong SAR), Dr. Jose Arnold Tariga (USA), Khadija Mohamed Juma (Kenya), Maheswari Jaganathan (Malaysia), Naomi Oyoe Ohene Oti (Ghana), Dr. Sukhpal Kaur (India), and Vibhaben Gunvantbhai Salaliya (India).

The final stage includes public voting and interviews with renowned Grand Jury members, such as Prof. Sheila Tlou, Dr. Peter Carter, and Mr. Vishal Bali. The winner will be announced at a gala in Dubai on May 26, 2025.
