Global Village announces new early opening date for Season 28

Dubai: According to a media release issued by the destination on Thursday, Global Village is expected to open one week earlier the next season due to an ‘overwhelming demand’ for an extension.

The attraction, which had previously disclosed its Season 28 opening dates, now plans to open on October 18. The new opening date is one week earlier than the one that was initially stated.

The media release said, “In response to overwhelming demand and to provide an extended opportunity for everyone to indulge in a more wonderful world, Global Village has decided to offer an additional week of captivating experiences and will open its doors on 18 October 2023.”

The destination will come to a close on April 28, 2024.

During the previous iteration of Global Village, visitors could experience more than 90 different cultures through its more than 250 food options, 3,500 shopping outlets, and 175 attractions and games.
