DUBAI: The Ministry of Community Development has launched a unified electronic system linking parking permits for People of Determination between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. This initiative, developed in collaboration with various authorities, aims to support the UAE’s goals for sustainability and digital transformation.

The new system enables People of Determination to use designated parking spaces in both emirates without the need for paper permits, enhancing their independence and improving their access to public facilities. The initiative applies to all People of Determination with valid permits from Abu Dhabi, Dubai, or other emirates.

By providing a unified database for parking permits, this project strengthens cooperation between the involved entities, leading to more efficient services. It marks a significant step in digital transformation, contributing to better quality of life for People of Determination.
