ABU DHABI: The Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood has released an awareness video focused on anti-bullying in schools. This video will be widely shared across various media platforms in the UAE.
This initiative is part of a broader campaign against school bullying, launched in conjunction with this year’s Emirati Children’s Day, which is themed “The Right to Protection.” The campaign reflects the UAE government’s commitment to safeguarding children’s rights and encouraging positive social interactions.
H.H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, known as the “Mother of the Nation,” has played a key role in the Council’s efforts to combat bullying. As the Chairwoman of the General Women’s Union (GWU), President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (FDF), she has guided the Council in implementing anti-bullying programs since 2016. These programs aim to educate students, teachers, and parents about the harmful effects of bullying and offer strategies for its prevention.
