DUBAI: Azizi Developments has unveiled the height of their upcoming skyscraper, the Burj Azizi, which will rise to 725 metres, making it the second tallest building in the world. This impressive height will surpass the current second tallest structure, Kuala Lumpur’s Merdeka 118, which stands at 679 metres, though it will still be shorter than the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, which reaches 828 metres.

Set for completion in 2028, the Burj Azizi will span over 131 stories. Sales for this landmark tower are scheduled to begin in February 2025. The project is expected to attract substantial investment, with current estimates at USD 1.5 billion.
The Burj Azizi will house a luxurious seven-star hotel and feature exclusive private residences, including penthouses and apartments. The building will also offer a wide range of amenities, such as state-of-the-art gyms, cinemas, swimming pools, and saunas, catering to residents and guests seeking high-end facilities and comfort.
