Alibaba Cloud Fintech partnerships with LuLu Financial and Ant Digital aim to power next-gen financial services across the UAE and GCC.
Dubai: Alibaba Cloud has deepened its fintech presence in the Middle East with strategic collaborations alongside LuLu Financial Holdings and Ant Digital Technologies, unveiled at Dubai Fintech Summit 2025. These partnerships position Alibaba Cloud Fintech solutions as key drivers of AI-led financial transformation across the UAE and GCC region.
Amid a rapidly evolving digital finance landscape, the collaboration reflects regional ambition to embrace innovation, smart regulation, and future-ready infrastructure. Alibaba Cloud, part of Alibaba Group, offers advanced Generative AI and multi-cloud capabilities that are enabling LuLuFin’s evolution into an AI-native financial institution.
LuLuFin has adopted a resilient, multi-cloud strategy with Alibaba’s robust offerings—including ECS, PolarDB, DRaaS, and EMAS mobile testing. This strategy enhances agility, security, and disaster recovery while supporting customer-centric fintech service development. Powered by Alibaba’s proprietary large language model Qwen, LuLuFin is developing Treasury AI, an internal agent designed to optimise fund movement, manage compliance, and reduce transaction costs using predictive analytics and natural language interfaces.

Joint offerings will include ZOLOZ for digital identity, mPaaS for SuperApp development, and advanced AI tools, creating secure, scalable, and intelligent digital solutions for financial institutions.
